When can I start the program? |

|
The Postnatal Body Fix program is designed for women to start recovering immediately after birth, the sooner the better. There is no need to wait the 6 weeks or 40 days before starting. The program starts very gently to re-educate the pelvic floor and deep stabilizers. This can be started the very same day you give birth. |

What if I have had a C-section? |

|
If you have had a cesarian, you can still start with kegels right away. You will need to wait a little while with everything else because of the stitches and pain at the incision.
Check with your doctor to be sure, but my c-section clients usually start with me 3 weeks or so after the birth. Every woman is a bit different so check with you care provider before starting.

What equipment will I need? |

|
The Postnatal Body Fix program is designed so you can do it without expensive equipment. At first you will just need a mat or a towel to do the floor exercises in the program. Later in the program an exercise tubing and dumbbells are helpful but I also provide you with other choices of exercises if you don’t have access to tubing or dumbbells. For the myofascial release exercises a tennis ball helps but these can be done without equipment too.
So, the program can be done with no additional equipment but if you have access the following are helpful:
- A medium strength exercise tubing
- Dumbbells (2-4kg/4-8lbs for most moms)
- An exercise mat or a towel
- A tennis ball

How long will the workouts take? |

|
The daily workouts vary in length. In the beginning most exercises are combined with breastfeeding or changing so you’ll only need about 5 additional minutes for mat exercises and even those 5 minutes can be spread throughout the day. This program is really designed with a new mom like you in mind. Once you hit the fat loss phase the workouts will take a bit longer but generally less than 30 minutes. |
